Responsive Repairs and maintenance
Greens have a dedicated team of experienced painters working full time on maintenance only contracts, carrying out small painting tasks and repair work including mould treatment throughout West Yorkshire. We have a dedicated team of managers for this type of work who are able to deal with end customers, process enquiries and make bookings on behalf of our client.
Void properties
Often at short notice, we carry out decorating works to void properties for local authorities and housing associations to ensure a quick turnaround and minimize void time for our clients. We are able to office services to suit most budgets where either minimal work is required or more extensive full decorations.
Repaints and communal painting
Greens have carried out extensive internal and external painting programs which often involve complex specifications such as flame retardant and intumescent coatings.
We are able to offer dedicated site management and one point of contact for this type of contract. On all projects we are able to combine the services of our team of joiners and other trades to offer a full prior to paint repair service.
